தெய்வ தசகம் - நாராயண குரு (Transliteration), English translation-Vinaya Chaitanya

தெய்வமே, காத்துகொள்கன்னு
கைவிடாதின்னு ஞெங்களெ
நாவிகன் நீ பவாப்திக்கு
ஒராவி வன்தோணி நின் பதம்
(Daiva Dasakam verse 1)
O God, from over here beyound do keep watch on us here, never letting go Your hand; You are the Captain of the mighty steamer for crossing the ocean of change, where in the sole refuge is no ther than your foot

 ஒண்ணொண்னாய் எண்ணி எண்ணி தொட்டு
எண்ணும் பொருள் ஒடுங்ஙியால்
நின்னிடும் த்ருக்குபோல் உள்ளம்
நின்னில் அஸ்பந்தம் ஆகனும்

Counting all things here one after another, when all things have thus been touched and counted, there remains still the seeing eye alone, in like manner, let my inner-self attain to rest in you

அன்னவஸ்த்ராதி முட்டாதே
தன்னு ரக்ஸிச்சு ஞங்களெ
தன்யர் ஆகுன்ன நீயொண்ணு
தன்னெ ஞங்கல்கு தம்புரான்

Our daily needs such as food and clothes, proving us ever without lapse, You make our lives generously blessed, in such a One alone do we see our Master

ஆழியும் திரையும் காற்றும்
ஆழவும் போலெ ஞங்களும்
மாயயும் நின் மஹிமயும்
நீயும் என்னுள்ளில் ஆகனும்

As ocean and wave, wind and depth; let us grasp inwardly the scheme of ourselves, of Maya, Your glory and of even You yourself

 நீயல்லோ ஸ்ருஷ்டியும் ஸ்ரஷ்டா
வாயதும் ஸ்ருஷ்டிஜாலவும்
நீயல்லோ தெய்வமே, ஸ்ருஷ்டி
க்குள்ள ஸாமகிரியாயதும்

Are you not creation, the Creator too, as also the magical variety of created things? Is it not You again, O God, who is the very stuff of which all creation is made?

நீயல்லோ மாயயும் மாயா
வியும் மாயாவினோதனும்
நீயல்லோ மாயயெ நீக்கி
ஸாயுஜ்யம் நல்கும் ஆர்யனும்

Are you not Maya, the author of it, as also the enjoying agent thereof? Are you not even One who can cancel Maya, to grant us the state of Union Supreme?
நீ ஸத்யம் ஞானம் ஆனந்தம்
நீ தன்னெ வர்த்தமானவும்
பூதவும் Bhaவியும் வேரல்ல
ஓதும் மொழியும் ஓர்க்கில் நீ

You are existence, subsistence and value. You are the present verily, and the past and future, are no other than you. Even the spoken word, considered, is nothing else than You at all

அகவும் புறவும் தின்னும்
மஹிமாவார்ண்ண நின் பதம்
புகழ்த்துன்னு ஞங்கள் அங்ஙு
பகவானே ஜெயிக்குக

That state which fills all, both inside as well as outside, brimfully with Your glory, that we adore, O God of Goodness, victory be to You

ஜெயிக்குக மஹாதேவ,
தீனாவன பராயனா
ஜெயிக்குக சிதானந்தா
தயா ஸிந்தோ, ஜெயிக்குக

Victory be to You, Great Lord Divine! Ever intent on saving those in need. Victory be to You of intelligent bliss, Ocean of Mercy, Hail.

ஆழமேரும் நின் மஹஸ்ஸாம்
ஆழியில் ஞங்களாகவே
ஆழணம் வாழணம் நித்யம்
வாழணம் வாழணம் சுகம்

In the deep ocean of Your Glory, immersed let us all become; There to dwell, dwell everlastingly in felicity supreme
